The problem was misdiagnosed, resulting in a scramble on the last day and late delivery. Delivery was also delayed waiting for me to call with payment info, whereas I had been told I could pay upon delivery. We had to make alternative transport arrangements and my son was nearly late to his first school dance. Very stressful, several communications misses. That said, the repair is good and other interactions professional, friendly and helpful.
