Sandra provided exceptional customer service throughout the whole process. She was professional and provided updates almost daily. I couldn't be happier with my decision to go with Cooks Collision. Hopefully I won't be back anytime soon but if something comes up Cooks Collision will be my go to spot.

They did good work.
But a few things are wrong.
My radiator was replaced and a hose that is coming from the motor...is leaking.
My passenger side headlight was unplugged.
My fog lights were not properly put back together and were not functioning.
My hood was also replaced and after opening it to check things out. It wont close.
My rear wheels both were scratched very noticably. They were BRAND new before i left it.
My front bumper lip is installed incorrectly. And as a result may have damged the paint on the new bumper that was also replaced by Cooks.
Will be calling for all to be fixed and or replaced.
