I was rear ended. The corner of my car was hit. I was given an estimate and told once they had the parts in, it would take roughly 7 days. I emailed everyweek and at first was told they wear on back-order, which I understand. March 7, my insurance adjuster and I were told that it was on track to be finished early the next week, Steve also mentioned that one of his employees had FMLA and was just returning back. I emailed the next week and got told that a part was needed and was ordered just waiting for part. I understood that kind of thing happened. I was told it would be there Friday and it would be done earlier the next week. I emailed Steve the next week and was told that we were looking at the end of the week. I waited and emailed and emailed again, so I called and was told that yet another piece was needing to be ordered and wouldn't be there until the beginning of the next week, I was also told by Steve that he was experiencing problems in the shop with some equipment that was needed; I was still understanding. Steve ensured me that it was only to make sure everything was done perfectly. I finally was told almost 8 weeks later that my car was ready. I showed up excited for my car and looked in it to see a thick powder/sand substance all over the interior of my car. Steve just told me that he had Service wash and vacuum it, he took it back over and I sat there for an hour, when I got it back I was still disappointed what the interior looked like. It looked like it had sat for 10 years in the desert. My husband spent 2 hours Saturday cleaning the inside. We also had my Husband's serpentine belt for his ford pickup in the trunk and now it is missing. Ruined my excitement instantly. The trim piece on top of my car was not flat. It has waves in it. My quarter panel, which was replaced has scratches in it and the paint is bubbled in places. My trunk is no longer flat, just all of the events that happened made me extremely dissatisfied. At this point I would tell everyone how horrible the experience was and to just choose Snake River Autobody for their repairs. This was my first car accident ever. My experience was awful. Really got me depressed, I really like my car and missed it dearly. I am at a loss of what to do about the paint, trunk, and trim. Maybe my expectations were too high for Chevrolet, but I was told it was guarenteed and my car is Chrysler so having Lithia fix it seemed logical. Please call me to discuss this. ****-****-xxxx

We love the work done on our car, the quality is great but we need to have work done on our Yukon. They said I would be emailed the estimate and that was almost two weeks ago and I haven't heard anything. How can we resolve this?
