Repairs took 2 weeks. I was told it was 2 day job. That didn't bother me as I had a rental until I was told the insurance company had cut off the rent after **** week guess all American didn't get extension from insurance Co I understand they are correcting the problem. Sales how ever needs reprimanding.
I tried to purchase a red Tundra yesterday and had to leave because I did not receive the information o requested on the vehicle I was interested in. Instead I got the run around, a bunch of garbage numbers, on printed sheets from the Internet and yelled at me as I walked away on how proud he was that he sold 241 vehicles each month instead of trying to make a sale. I was pre approved and just had to make my choice of vehicle.
