Things seemed to be going along quite smoothly until one small issue arose at the very end that defied quick solution. I had some back and forth with the original service representative that was becoming a little frustrating. Without my initiation, the Service Mgr., Corey, inserted himself and the situation suddenly turned into escalated problem-solving. Although the original representative was initially quite cordial and communicative, I could sense that the problem was transforming our exchange into an antagonistic one. So, I was really glad to have a more sympathetic person willing to take a systematic analysis of the problem to determine what the source was. Corey went the extra distance to find the source of the problem and fix it at no cost to either one of us. Although, I had the sense that he was going to do whatever it took to leave me a satisfied customer. He succeeded. Thanks, and I will have no reluctance in recommending G&C to others in our area. I talked over my car’s repair needs with three separate body shop men.before taking it in on July 12,21. My problem My problem is that every time I told the complete review of my car needs with one of your men, I see him taking notes but his His work order notes are not shared, on my client file,I don’t know if they’re even recorded for reference when I came in to talk to somebody about the car the second time nor were there any notes to share with the final third person who I ended up finally working with and getting my car repaired. It is extremely frustrating when this third person comes to talk to me about my car repair needs has no notes to refer to from the prior guy I talked to nor from the original guy I talked with. Please share notes so your clients don’t have to repeat everything.
What would you suggest I do differently next time I want to use your company so this irritating situation can be avoided?

I appreciated that his experience was clearly very high, and that he was honest, friendly, helpful, and took the extra time needed to answer my questions, and was very prompt in responding back to my voicemail as well. I will never return after getting the worst service ever!! My husband and I have always taken our vehicles there over the past 14 years and never had such poor service. Poor follow up, I have had to call to find out updates, my car has basically been there since the first week of May and is still there, it had to be returned due to the repairs were not done correctly and now apparently the paint job has to be re-done. Definitely not the same quality or service we have experienced in the past. I am going to report this to Farmers Insurance. My car also was left in the sun I think the entire time, sun damaged my car seat covers, they are however replacing them. My car was returned dusty inside and out, foot prints on the passenger side, it’s a new car and no one was ever on that side. The accident occurred on my way home from Southern Ca after purchasing it. Such poor quality of work. It was supposed to be done today, but now not until tomorrow(I called, not G&C). I have no trust that the repairs were done properly as this point.

After 4 weeks of repair my car came back with a large scratch. The Sonoma location was able to buff out the scratch thankfully. However a trim piece was taken off during the repair process and is supposed to be replaced but it’s going on week three post repair and the new trim piece is no where to be found. Hoping someone from one of your locations will contact me soon about that. Also the front bumper is not sitting correctly leaving a large gap. And there are two vent panels but they don’t match each other anymore when originally they did.
