Haley and the entire crew did an excellent job. Haley in particular is diligent, expert, and on top of the job. She regularly updated me on the changes in order status, saved me an unnecessary trip to the shop when parts were delayed, and followed up promptly when I called. I’m extremely disappointed at how my car repair was handled. G&C kept my car for over a month citing delay after delay that was done by Hyundai. As of today, my car is still not completely repaired. More delay!!!!
