Brian Mendoza was the person I worked with, and he really did an excellent job. He worked with me and with the guys doing the work so that I only had to rent a car for one day. He also stayed late on Thurs. night so that I could pick up the car at 6:30 and not have to pay for an extra day rental. Also, the car looked great. The front bumper is good as new, and, extra bonus, the car was returned to me nice and clean. Good job everyone!

The only thing I wondered about was that I had heard on the radio that G&C somehow gave customers a loaner, but charged the insurance company for the rental, such that the deductible was less. That did not happen to me.
Otherwise, it was as pleasant an experience as possible, given that my car was damaged and now it's not.
