Took too long to get an appt. Then car was not repaired at the end of the 3 days. They found the radiator had to be replaced so I had to wait another 3 days which caused me to run up more money from the rental. When I went to pick up the car on a Monday it was just being finished because there was a leak. They thought it was fixed. When I went to get it it still had a leak so had to be looked at again. This time the source was found and fixed. By that time it wss after hours. Luis made sure my car was ok before I could take it. Took way too much time for the whole experience.

My parked Tesla got backed into and slightly buckled my hood. It took 43 days for G&C to complete the repair, way longer than my car rental allowance. Whenever I inquired on the status, Jose, the G&C rep, gave reasons (excuses?) : "We won't get into it until Monday," "We didn't receive the right parts," "Your turn signals are chrome, they sent us black," "I was on vacation" "An intern made a mistake, and he will be talked to," "We didn't notice broken brackets and have to order them," "We're having problems calibrating the sensors, the cameras, the blind spot sensors, etc." Jose's less than assuring answers, frequently repeated ad nauseum: "That's just the way it is," "What can I say?" "What am I gonna do?" When I finally got the car back, the inside of front trunk was dusty and dirty, and as I vacuumed and wiped it down, I noticed the right side molding was not snapped in place and there was missing a half of the 3rd bracket down. The left side was snapped in tightly. I also noted paint overspray on the car door. Jose's response was an unapologetic "all Tesla's are like that, loose on the right side, that's normal, and the overspray can be removed with rubbing compound. Basically another "That's just the way it is" answer. In another conversation, After I told him his answer sounded like BS (I used the initials) he tried to put me on the defensive by telling me how offended he was that I thought he was BS-ing me. He offered to send me a video of another Tesla, but apparently sent it to a wrong number. 5 days later on Friday when I called Corey Wright, the manager, Jose answered and said he would have Corey call me. I mentioned to Jose that he never sent the video, and he corrected the phone number and sent me a video of an unsnapped Tesla saying, "See, they're all loose." (Corey hasn't called me back.) This lengthy response is for G&C's benefit: please take this as an opportunity for on-job training to improve Jose's customer service skills. Respectfully and Sincerely, David F
