This was not my first experience with Mac Haik. I've dealt with their service department which was very nice. My collision specialist Tom was patient, helpful and responsive. The repair shop did an excellent and efficient job. So far, I am pleased.

Your body shop team was amazing... Not only did they do a great job on my son's car you customer service was first class. I had gone to another dealership for a quote and they gave me the runaround.., I guess because ther were not sure I was going to take my car there. Tom did not care he helped me and gave me a bid even though he was clear it was just an estimate and I was very thankful! The fact that he was so accommodating that is the reason I chose Mak Haik. He was very professional and returned my calls promptly. The car did take a few more days which was a little frustrating but that did not matter because Tom kept us informed and we just made adjustments. You should be very proud of this team.
