Michael was very attentive and made the process super simple.

Lack of communication between Sam, Micheal, and Tony. Car was not being worked on as stated at the time of write-up. I told you that I am paying for car rental out of my pocket and that is why you guys had scheduled repair start date week and half in the future to make sure we get all the parts so repair work can be started as soon as I dropped off my car but that did not happened. After I dropped off my car on Monday, ithink the car was just sitting and until I called on Thursday to find out when to pick up my car Tony told me he had no idea that I was paying for car rental out of my pocket. I was told by Micheal and Tony that there was lots glass they needed to clean and they even added supplement for that but despite of that I am still finding glass on the carpet so now I need to take my car and get it detail someone who knows how to detail a car. There is dusts all over the dash board. New glass seem to look good, however the paint job is ok but it is strange that where the scratch was if I touch it, it has a bump, like someone didn't smooth out the surface before applying paint. I don't know if this is normal but I will have it check out by another body shop and see what they say.

Mallory and Sam were very welcoming. They also made it as simple as possible to get a rental and I was also able to leave the rental at the shop and leave with my car. Thanks to repair crew as well you cannot tell I was ever in an accident. Great business!!! Would recommend anyone to go there.
