We had excellent customer service from start to finish. Our car was repaired to like new condition. The time frame was reasonable and our communication with the company was seamless. We will return to this company if we need auto body work again in the future.

There needs to be better communication with vehicle owner concerning out of pocket costs. I had asked 3x about my deductible and never did get an answer until I called to see if the paperwork was finished and told how much it was. Not a huge deal, but would have appreciated having this discussion early on and know if something was being worked out or not.

The job that was supposed to take 12 days took just 2 days short of a month. There are now 4 new crack lines in the rear of the bed that weren't there prior. Poor communication for completion times. Was supposed to be done 11/22, no one called, then 12/2, again no call, then first thing in the morning 12/5. Truck wasn't completed until 11:30 on 12/5. The only positive out of this experience is that they covered the rental car for the last 2 weeks. Sorry, very disappointed. Had previous good experience, but likely won't return.
