We have had 3 different cars fixed by auto nation 4 different times and everyone has been delivered better than when we had them before the accidents. I would recommend auto nation collision to anyone looking to get their vehicle repaired.

Having worked in many offices as a receptionist, I thought AutoNation's (AN) was clean, efficient, and the receptionist was always on task and knew what to do. A TV in the corner of the waiting room played good music, but was turned low enough so a person could do something else while they waited. Jovon, the estimator knew his job, was fast and efficient. He kept in constant contact with us, letting us know where the Camry was in the process. Richard was excellent as a behind the scenes man. He was called to give me a ride home after I dropped off our car. I understood that he had a lot to do, but was kind, courteous, and his conversation was pleasant. When the Camry was finished, AN was kind enough to send Richard out to pick me up at my home and bring me to the office for pickup. This freed up my husband who works as a nurse at Spokane's VA center so he didn't have to worry about anything and could get on with his job. Thank you!
