I was impressed that Jovan Canton was able to give me my initial estimate for the Subaru's body repair work and when I went to pick up my car, the estimate proved to be the same as the final payment. No telephone calls to alert me that more damage had been found when they repairs were being worked on and no attempt to increase the invoice amount after the car was in the shop. This was a professional job and I will consider bringing my non-Subaru car in to this location for a similar repair. My car looks brand new again. Thank you to all involved.

Mike was great about keeping me updated on the status of my vehicle. By far best repair shop I have been to. This is the second vehicle I have brought here after an accident and I will never take my vehicles anywhere else.

Mike explained step by step the entire process. The receptionist supplied the rental co. number for me and called them when I arrived to drop off my car. Mike checked in with me several times to update me on the progress of my repairs.

They definitely worked as a team. They completed the repair on time, while keeping me updated all along. Great service and care for the customer! Thank you!

They went above and beyond and fixed more than what I needed to have repaired on my estimate. I bought a mirror and they quickly installed it for me (thank you). The outside was washed & it even looked like the inside was cleaned. It looked like I took it to a detail shop & it smelled good too. Hopefully I won't need repairs again but if I do I know where to go.The little things show pride in their work.Thanks

When I picked up my 2017 car after repair, I noticed my windshield had a 2 ft long crack that was not there when I dropped off the car. This was not part of the collision, or anywhere near the damage. Customer service said they would order a new windshield and I left with the car. The next day, the department manager insisted I bring in my car for inspection before he would order a new windshield. I did so, and the department manager finally agreed to provide a new windshield, but I had to push the issue. This is not good customer service. Auto Nation Collision broke my windshield while the car was in their care. I called on day three to report that my hatchback auto opener was not working. They said they would look at it when I brought my car back for the windshield repair. Please note, this is a 2017 car and everything was working prior the accident. I brought my car back in again to repair the window and hatchback. The window was repaired, but they could not figure out how to fix the auto opening hatchback. The collision center said I had to make another appointment at Subaru for warrantee work. I made another appointment to repair the hatchback at Subaru and finally it was fixed. The collision center did not have the mechanism hooked up correctly. I made four trips to get my car fixed; this should have been one trip. I would like to point out that the only good thing about this fiasco was the customer service agent, Jovahn , who did a terrific job managing this issue.
