I picked my vehicle up from AutoNation collision center yesterday and was very upset with what I had found. First they made me pay and take receipt of the vehicle before I was able to inspect it then during inspection I had noticed the the right rear bumper was not aligned properly to the vehicle and they told me it was the best they could do without replacing the quarter panel. After I stated that I would like it to be returned to original quality the service rep told me he would have to contact his manager and I would need to bring the vehicle back sometime next week. After entering the vehicle to leave I also noticed that the interior window tint had a hole in it and my door mirror adjuster was broken or installed improperly as well as a huge mess in my vehicle from the repair. I am very unpleased with this especially since this was the preferred location for SAFECO repair. This was extremely unprofessional of them and I feel like I have just as much that needs fixed now as a week ago.

I loved how I was called 2 times a week and I was kept abreast of what was going on with my car.
