Please do not have the local dealership contact us. They have been so rude to my wife and made it clear that us bringing our car back because of bad workmanship was an inconveniece to them. Body shop manager was to busy to even see us today because we have gotten him so far behind in his work.

Appreciated the email notifications and periodic updates from Savannah. Was a bit surprised by the 'premature' notice that my auto had been picked up when I had yet to do so. Would have been better to have received a notice from Savannah indicating this message would be coming to me in advance of securing the vehicle as a way to trigger payment from Farmers. A text to Savannah cleared up the reason for the message.
