The car looks great and service was fantastic with frequent updates . Chris was knowledgeable and communicated well. Receptionist was excellent and proactive checking in with me on drop off and pickup. I would have been completely satisfied were it not for the incredibly pungent chemical paint smell INSIDE the car - we literally have to roll down the windows to breathe while driving - in winter in chicago. Is there anything that could be done? Hoping it goes away soon, but I'm skeptical, since I can't really air it out anywhere safely. Merry Christmas and let me know. Thanks!
