I wouldn't recommend personally but had no choice my auto insurance set everything up and just had to go with the flow. The lady at the counter was nice though but that's about it.

When we got the car back, noticed that the trailer hitch cover was missing. I call Womack and explained that knew the cover was on the car before the crash but didn't know if it was on the car when it got to Womack's. It may have been knocked off during the rear end collision. I asked that they look around their shop and see if they had it. A few minutes later, they called back and said that they didn't find it but had ordered one from Jeep that would be there in a couple of days. That attention to customer satisfaction exceeded my expectations.
