My husband reviewed the repair and when you open my car passenger door, the caulking was done very sloppy and is the wrong color. It is white when my car is green and you can visibly see it from the outside and inside of the car. The rest of my car’s caulking is green- materials used do not match my car.

I was very skeptical about putting my vehicle in the shop (any shop) due to a past experience. A few minutes into speaking with Anthony C the first time I stopped and I knew I would feel comfortable with FCC as I trusted Anthony.
Throughout the experience, which included a terrible employee from the insurance company, both Anthony and Steve stayed on top of things and always reassured methat FCC would do right by me.
My vehicle was repaired and looks gorgeous. Anthony was able to keep me in the loop, he spoke with the insurance when they were being difficult, and he instilled confidence in the process. Without Anthony, I'm not sure I would have vehicle complete as I would probably still be searching for a ap shop and more importantly a person I trusted.

It’s not anything that can be changed at this point. The estimate I was given was significantly different than the actual cost. It wasn’t due to additional damage that couldn’t be seen but the cost of an additional part. It would have been nice to have had the choice to opt out since the damage on my vehicle was so minor and only cosmetic. My learning curve.
