I am happy with the repair work they did to ge exterior damage to my car. However, since getting it back I have had to jump my car every time to get it to start, including at the lot. Which is super upsetting since I haven't had my car for over two weeks and now an issue completely unrelated to my insurance claim is now present.

I was VERY happy with the overall professionalism at this facility, each and everyone I spoke with and overheard in conversations were excellent at their jobs.
