A simple repair took 11 shop days and 2 weekends for what the estimator said would be 6 shop hours work. I purchased extra insurance on the rental vehicle, thinking the repair would be a week or less. The delay in repairs caused the insurance costs to be twice what I had budgeted. An additional repair that I requested be done on a private pay basis was never addressed. This is the poorest experience I have ever had with a body shop. I will not use your repair shop again and will certainly not recommend it to any of my friends.

I picked up my car with less gas then it was dropped off with and the steering was messed up. When I dropped it off for a gas tank issue. No issues with steering wheel or alignment When it was dropped off. My boyfriend got a truck a couple days ago pulled off the lot and his break smoked so they are having it fixed not the gas light was on and they said they would give him 3 gallons. We got a 25,000 dollar rig and you can’t fill the tank? I paid a $500 deduable and u can’t fill the tank and my steering is messed up? My Jetta is leasesd I would think you would want to take care of it. I am so disappointed in Dickhanna. I have waited almost two weeks for my car.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. Your representative Charlie was very condescending, didn't care about our concerns at all, very obviously annoyed when asked further questions. It a very clear that Charlie just wanted to get the car out of your lot and didn't give two craps if we were taken care of. We received our vehicle back today and within 5 minutes the vehicle goes into limp mode. But Charlie cleared those codes.. So nothing is wrong..lol.
