Two out of three items were actually painted at pick-up. The scratch was totally missed. The car was delivered with the tag, the MB emblem, the C230 emblem & the compressor emblem were missing . The car color was faded, but the new paint is much darker. The front right parking light lens is missing .
Other than that, I am happy.

Becca on the front desk repeatedly "corrected" us about the rental car experience which was terrible and our ability to "see" our car in the parking lot. If we do use Annie's again, it would be highly unlikely we would decide to rent a car there. When the rain stops today, we'll take a look at the car, but we expect little problems, if any. On p/u the car did need some additional wet sanding - some what disappointing that as a client we had to wait for a small repair that should have been detected on QC after the job since it was one of the few areas on the vehicle that were replaced by Annie's. Certainly we will further our response as applicable. Jeanni, as usual, is good on CSR.

The staff was very friendly and service was good. The repair job overall was good but there were some cleanup details that could have been better. I found a piece in my car that they forgot to put back on and there were drips of dried glue or something on the inside door from where they glued parts back together.

I paid my balance and I asked to have my car out front for an after hours pick up. I got a ride to the shop and My car was not out front. Since you are closed with no way to reach anyone over the weekend, I will now have no vehicle for three days. This is very upsetting.

The text message said car would be ready on Monday afternoon. I left message that I could not pick up until Tuesday morning. Then on Monday afternoon received a call thathat car would not be ready till Tuesday. Why did I get 1st text that it would be ready on Monday. When I mention to receptionist, she said texts are automatically generated. I find your system is confusing. You said one thing by text, but it was not the true update on car. But you did a wonderful job on car & I would definitely recommend & use you again.
