They were polite, fast, did good work, and they even pollished my headlights. And, they used OEM parts (no aftermarket parts were available). They also worked with Enterprise Rent-A-Car for pick-up and delivery. Since I went through USAA, it was a snap (one call does it all). I was back behind the wheel in only a week.

Went above and beyond by doing a great job replacing the parts and it was completed before the timeframe they quoted me. Fantastic job all around on my truck. They even offered to order me a part of the bed liner that had popped off due to the collision that wasn't on the original estimate. I let them know the clips has been snapped off when I got hit and said I'd just get some double sided adhesive to fix it myself and Myra insisted on ordering a new part for it instead. Very kind thing to do. 10/10 in my book.
