Mackin’s is the only body shop that my husband and I will go to. Their work is excellent, they keep in touch via text (my preference), and they go the extra mile as far as service goes. The guys are all so nice, kind and polite. Hope my car doesn’t have to go into the shop again, but if something happens and I do, I would only bring it to the Salmon Creek Mackin’s. Go Andre and Ken!

Very nice work. Perfect color match and blend. Thanks for cleaning the whole car. The only thing that I can offer for improvement is the odor of the cleaning solution used inside the car was quite unpleasant, actually overbearing. It's gradually weakening though, hopefully it will soon disapate.

I was told that it would be 4 days max to fix my vehicle and it took 9. I would have appreciated if I was told right away that it would be that long, so I could have planned accordingly. The work overall seems to be ok, and I liked having a clean truck when I picked it up.
