Anthony is awesome with customer service and being available to answer our questions. I couldn't say completely satisfied because the pets available didn't match what was previously on the vehicle. My frustrations might be more with State Farm rules then Mackins. Didn't want to risk added costs of diagnostic tests for air bag and I disagree with the policy of State Farm. Thanks Anthony for doing your best to be helpful.
