Picked up our car about 4:10pm Friday 08-12-16 and drove it home. About 5:45pm my husband noticed scratch marks on left back side that were not there before repairs. I called Mackin's and left a message stating the discovery at approximately 5:50pm. Since it was after hours and Friday I hope to resolve this on Monday.

Not Mackins fault, but the repair took 4 days longer than was first proposed. Whoever the supplier of the parts needs to do better job. The only reason I bring this up is that needed to have rental car for the extra 4 days, which caused some financial stress & hours on the phone with the at fault insurance company (unfortunately I am not exaggerating) But the people at Mackins were excellent.
