I liked the customer service John provided going beyond what was expected. And calling the car rental company when repairs were delayed due to parts needed. I had reached my 600. Maximum and with his intervention I didn’t need to pay more out of pocket costs. My car repairs look so nice I should have the rest of the car repainted????.
On site car rental took one hassle out of repair work and was so convenient. thank you for a job well done!
