First I want to give some background re: Dairyland/Viking Insurance of Wisconsin: I was completely disappointed and frustrated with their whole process, including the fact that I couldn’t reach their rep. at first so I did the work and got the claim number before he did! I was then insulted that they only waned to paint the damaged bumper! With that said, I am completely satisfied with Mackin...from the beginning to end of the process, everyone I have delt with has left me feeling “totally taken care of”...thanks again
