The only complaint I have is it took too long to get my vehicle back, over a month. Other than that the service was great and so far the replaced parts looks amazing and car runs great!

The staff at North Fresno Collision was outstanding. When I first brought our car for repairs, I informed Meng that my wife was scheduled for back surgery on Tuesday, August 23rd at the Surgery Center at 7:30 a.m. and there was any opportunity to have our repair completed before that date, it would be greatly appreciated. And....the car was completed and we were able to pick up our car at 9:00 a.m. this morning. Our minds and prayers are on tomorrow's surgery and we didn't want to have our car on our mind.
And now, to the great service that we received, our car is no longer a concern.
