The work you did looks good. There's a shield on the underside of the car that did not get reattached correctly. I'm hoping that you can quickly fix it when I stop by to get the other piece you said you were going to get. But beyond that it'sfficult for me to understand how you can quote someone $2800/10 days of work and then end up with $5200/14 days. I also felt I was not getting any type of response to texts I sent to you.

Mackins repaired my car after it had been hit by an uninsured driver. They worked directly with my insurance company and also facilitated my rental car connection . I am beyond pissed off with Mackins service. Besides wasting my time, taking my money without performing any services and still not returning it, the unorganized shitshow that this shop is, you left my car outside and unlocked with the trunk TAPED SHUT instead of securing it, left the weather proofing undone and bent the **** out of my key. I will be making a phone call tomorrow, lodging a formal complaint, and likely seeking legal counsel. This was the worst experience of my life and I will never recommend you to anyone.
