I was very happy, especially with the detailing of my car!:)
The communication on when to pick up got a bit messed up though,
I was very clear that I needed my car and was told I could pick up Monday morning 7:30, turns out it wasn't going to be done until Wednesday night. You did a nice job shortening the time but you didn't start working on it until Wednesday and you had it the previous Saturday. Monday was a struggle with work. Other than that everything is awesome!

Not all the repairs were made: the back bumper mylarwas not installed. Additionally, I found the text messaging feature to be convenient but the downside was that my messages didn't get answered for some reason. The messages on my end were obviously computer generated automated texts so it made the experience feel too non-human. Perhaps that is why my texts were not answered or I had to repeat answers to texts I received because it was too automated, not allowing for personalization from the repair manager.
