the service at the front desk wasn't great. i waited 30 minutes for a pickup from enterprise rep. it turned out that the enterprise rep and i had been waiting next to one another for that entire time and the front desk failed to connect us after we had checked in with her.
during the process i felt that my concerns relating to the bicycle rack that is intergrated into the frame of my vehicle were ignored. both during a phone call and when i picked up the vehicle.
