Original person who wrote up order left. Jenni took over & lots of time spent waiting for an opening, then not all parts were ordered. More waiting till additional parts to arrive. I called to find out status of order after a few weeks. Jenni didn’t know but promised to find out & call right back. After 4 more days I called again. I was helped by another gal who checked, called right back & scheduled me 2 days out. The work looks good & everyone was very helpful day of work.
