I was recently rear ended, which was a pretty frustrating experience. Michael and Sabrina were fantastic and made sure everything went according to plan. There was an unexpected delay due to additional damage to my vehicle, but they made sure I had a rental company picking me up that same day. They even let me return the rental at Mackin's when I came to pick up my car! Thanks guys, my car looks in top shape.

I came to mackins on a referral from my brother mike of Campbell crane. I was told that the rear of my car would be fixed trunk door jam and the damage was marked upon delivery to you for service and it wasn't. Then, when I called and talked to Paul and mark, I was told I would get a call back about it after u picked it up and they knew I wasn't happy with it and still have never received a phone call about my dissatisfaction. Am I happy with my car, happy to have it back after being there for 32 days! I'm a single mom, and it was a big inconvenience and totally disappointed with what I was told and what I got.
