Worst shop experience I have ever had: you damaged my vehicle in the shop, did not do a proper inventory for parts so it took longer than necessary, when the vehicle was returned it was filthy on the inside with paint dust all over the inside and trunk, my iPod was also missing and my stuff was thrown around in the car trunk and console, and when I took some time to inspect the car I uncovered the trunk would not close properly, the parts used had damage to it, the paint job was not complete and had rough areas and the paint did not match. For a car that was in the shop for 41 days for bumper and rear quarter panel damage, this is absolutely unacceptable. Also, while in the lobby, Mark the assistant manager, was incredibly disrespectful to the receptionist and was cursing a storm up. Completely unprofessional. The only positive was Hector, who did he best to take care of me. Unfortunately this many mistakes is not acceptable.

Very friendly and efficient. Kept me informed of every step and the progress of my repair. Even asked about taking care of otherdamage while finishing current repair. Had a rental car ready to go when I dropped my car off and returned it for me when I came back, finished exactly as estimated. All repairs look excellent and even gave recommendations for care to prevent defects to new paint. Excellent customer service and easy repair process.

The repair was estimated to only take about a week and ended up taking 4 weeks! There was work done on a betterment that I never approved. That said the truck looks nice, but probably won't use mackins again.
