Initially I was not satisfied with the service advisor Antonio. I almost requested service and repairs stop so that I may find another option for my vehicle repairs to be completed. I began working with Mark and have since changed my option and willingness to continue with Mackins. This experience could have been smoother and less frustrating at the start but I'm happy to say Mark ended the experience on a good note.
