I am so impressed by the impeccable work that was done and sense of pride and care that was put into it. The fact that you cleaned the inside and out was an added surprise and testament to the wonderful quality of service. The next thing, is that the customer service was OUTSTANDING. From the front desk who treated me with kindness, respect and patience even though I had to cancel my appt at the last minute twice because I was dealing with an illness in the family, I was simply rescheduled without a problem and treated with the same great and appreciative attitude; to MARK! who was absolutly wonderful to work with and kept me informed every step of the way with updates about the progress on top of the electronic updates. (And even the electronic text updates was a welcome unexpected addition!) But he said the personal connection was a value to him and the company as well and I have to say it really makes a huge difference when you have to go without your car for a week or more. All in all it was such a smooth easy process for something that could very easily be stressful. I felt like the costumer service was above and beyond and, at the same time, how it should be in dealing with each other as human beings. Thank you so much! I will absolutely refer anyone who asks me for a recommendation to you:)

I was very grateful for the text updates. I also loved that my car was actually done before the estimated time. Mark was very friendly and sympathetic with my Hertz experience.

Only just picked up my car so no chance yet to make sure it is driving OK. But once I finally got it there (Geico very slow to respond, not very cooperative) Mackin's very helpful and kept me updated on progress.

Melissa and James at Mackin Auto body were great! They kept in touch giving me updates sbout my car and also made the rental car experience easy. I would definitely recommend this company to my family and friends in the future.

My experience with Mackin's exceeded my expectations. I appreciated the regular text updates and constant communication regarding the status of my car. I was definitely pleased when I picked up the car, everything looked great. I just wish they would have vacuumed my back seat while they detailed the rest of my interior. It was very obvious that t wasn't done as there was still dog hair and sand all over it.
