My minivan's bodywork was completed on time even through a snow storm! The staff was courteous and answered all my questions. The car was washed and cleaned prior to returning to me.

My only feedback is that the AutoWatch feature didn't completely work. I hadn't really expected to see pictures of my car all week but when they were promised and then I didn't see them, I wondered. I know somebody was taking pictures and making reports daily, but the only report I got was that the car was being disassembled...and at the end I got a picture of it all shiny new (next to text that said it was still being disassembled!). Anyway, the car looks great and I appreciate your careful and prompt service.
