This was my first time at Mackins and it was a disappointment. The original estimate was less than half the actual cost, the shop over scheduled customers and got behind so they kept my car a week longer than I was told to expect, and communication from Mackins about my car was very poor until a new manager stepped in.
On the positive side, I just got my car back, and it it looks like the work as done well.
