I appreciated all of the communication that I received. Guy was great to explain the process of my vehicle and how the repairs would go. Ariel runs the office like a champ. She was on top of my whole claim reserving a vehicle for me and talking to my terrible insurance company so I could be done with them. I even got a call from another lady (sorry didn’t catch the name) the Thursday before my appointment. A few things didn’t quite line up with what I thought I heard. She made no excuses for any of it and just told me not to worry and that she would have it handled by the time I dropped my vehicle off. My only gripe and it’s a very small one is is the night before I picked up my vehicle it was parked outside which I also understand not having room inside. It also happened to be the one night that it snowed a lot. This caused my wait to be a bit excessive as the lot attendant cleaned my windows off( I was also appreciative of this service). The side effect of the snow that I didnt like was the part of my vehicle that was serviced was covered in ice and snow which made it to where I couldn’t view the work that was done on my car. The snow finally melted but not after the whole car was coated with gross winter road grime. I was informed to not wash my car for 3 weeks, while for the most part I can tell that the work was done well I won’t feel completely confident for 3 weeks when I wash the car and see it all clean. Again this is a small event and one that I doubt you deal with often. When I tell people about your service I omit that part but I felt it would be good to know to see if adjustments might be able to be made in future winter weather. Thank you for your work Graham M

Awesome as usual

All the repairs needed were repaired to my expectation. I chose Brady’s because of their greeting. Their treeting the customer as if part of their family. They handle most communications with Auto Insurance. Those Insurers seem to know the Brady’s team will take care of their insured and they Do so! My auto comes back/better as before it was damaged! I feel fortunate to have Brady’s. I deliver then go home knowing not to worry.
