I found it awesome that someone cleaned the inside of my car. The customer service was awesome. Hopefully I won't have to return but if anything happens, I know where to go.

Staff was attentive and helpful. I was kept up to date on the repairs. Work was completed in a timely manner.

I appreciated the updates, delivered with detail and a willingness to answer my questions. While in shock and deeply upset in the beginning, I was able to process what you told me because you repeated what I didn't understand. I like believing that my car is completely repaired and that you guarantee that it is. And to enjoy all of you so much while dealing with a miserable situation was a big blessing.
