No one contacted me to let me know that the windshield part of my claim was denied and would not be repaired. I had my car in for weeks and I got it back with my glass still severely cracked. Absolutely terrible service.

Picked it up and it sounded broke still. I brought it back and you guys put on the lift and said you fixed it and it wasn't even made the same sound after you guys test drove it. I put it on a lift and within 3 min. I found out the rear **** mount was broke so I fixed it and now my car is fixed

I appreciated the status updates on the car repairs and the sincere concern when the original completion date had to be extended. Sarah was always positive and helpful when she called with updates. We were very thankful our Honda Pilot was able to get in for repairs so quickly. Having Star confirm the rental also made the drop off and pick up so easy.

The only tiny complaint I would have is that it was ready two days later than expected but I think that was due to a part delay.I just wish I had been notified a little sooner about the two day delay.
