Best customer service, I 100% have and will continue to recommend star body works. only recommendation I have would maybe be to Remind your customers to not kill there sports car twice in a row infront of the staff as they are leaving maybe to save themselves some embarrassment (speaking from experience) only kidding though, love the staff and first rate service provided by star body works, from all the time spent working with them on projects, I would never go anywhere else.
Don’t mean to rant I just have a lot of experience with fraudulent company’s such as body shops and mechanic shops that only care about how much money they can get out of you for as little work as possible, star auto body is not one of those companies, thanks a million.

Really appreciated the full service experience from confirming the rental to text updates. I had to make changes to the original dates for service and Star Body Works was a bale to accommodate the adjustment. Quality work my Truck looks just as good as before the accident. (Cleaner too). We love Star Body Works!!
The only thing I would like to see change is the process of getting on the schedule for the work... If it's going to be 6 weeks then tell me that and I'll be ok with that but when it takes 3 weeks to even get called by the schedule to then be scheduled out 3 more weeks... I would have rather been told 6 weeks in the first place.
Other than that every time we've been into Star (several times with a few different vehicles) we are always happy with the people, service, and final product...! There's only one place in town for us... and that's Star Body Works..!
