My car was backed into damaging the front fender and passenger side door pretty bad. I took it to star and they took care of everything from there. Got me set up with a rental car and finished working on mine 4 days earlier than I was told. Picked up my car today and it looked great, couldn't tell that there was any damage to begin with. Great service great work. If I ever need anything else done to my car I will go to star for the work.

The car looks great. You’ve done something so the driver’s door won’t lock. I don’t have a garage, and so I had to call someone to find a safe place for the car overnight. Humans make errors, but when I called your answering service last night I learned that you have no way to address critical errors over the weekend. As a result, my husband is going to attempt to fix your work today. Before he does that, I’m planning to drive to your shop this morning to see if anyone is there. I did that last night as well and noted a sign on your door that it is possible to make Saturday appointments. Your answering service told me that there’s actually no way to do that when there’s an immediate need.
