I wasn’t expecting to have my car washed and vacuumed upon return, but it was greatly appreciated!! I have been on bed rest for months and haven’t been able to do it meself, so it really needed a good cleaning. Thank you!

The repairs were great. But a mechanic losing my keys was not so great. But dave the representative who took care of me made up for it by taking money off my deductible as well as ordering a new fob for my car. I hope the mechanic doesn't lose his job, but learns from his mistake. I still trust your company.
