Have had mignogna do repair on another rav I owned in the past and was super satisfied with the entire experience so when this "opportunity" presented itself , I immed asked my insurance co to have my vehicle brought there and I began bragging about the work mignogna does to anyone who would listen even before work began. Joe and the office staff were a pleasure to work with. Enjoyed the update messages. Cute and informative. Picked my rav up earlier today and am so pleased with how it looks and runs. Would not hesitate to recommend mignogna to anyone. I hope I don't soon need the use of your services again in the near future, but should the occasion arise; mignogna will be my first call. My rav is more than just a car to me. Before my husband passed away from cancer several months ago, one of the last things we did together was to pick out and purchase the rav because he wanted to be sure that I would not have to worry about a vehicle for a long time. I was devastated thinking the accident might have totaled my beloved rav. Thank you for repairing and giving new life to something which has such sentimental value to me. I could not be more pleased. The work done on my Hyundai SantaFe was exceptional. Joe Kluz was exceptional in keeping me informed of the work being done plus helping me out with any questions re: my insurance claim. I wanted to share my frustration with the repair of my Acura. My daughter was hit by another driver. Their insurance, USAA had me bring it to your shop for an estimate. My insurance also stopped at my house to provide an estimate. There was a significant difference in price because your adjuster failed to include the damaged driver's door. I was going to use my body shop, but decided for convenience I would take USAA recommendation to use your shop. I called to discuss the price difference and that you missed the entire driver's door. The receptionist took a note, then passed me on to your estimator. He described to me that you missed it, but no problem since you were an USAA shop you could just fix it and do a supplemental. He took the note and assured me it would get done. When your facility called to schedule, I reminded you once again about the driver's door and was assured the notes were in the file. When I dropped the car off I reminded you again (now 4 times) about the driver's door. Yet, today after leaving work early to come pick up the car, the driver's door was not repaired, and you kept the car and are hoping to have it ready by tomorrow evening. I am not sure how the damage was missed on your first estimate, but mistakes happen. But after four separate discussions with your employees, notes in the file, and you still did not fix the door, that is unacceptable. It is no longer a mistake, just simply poor customer service. You had an opportunity to secure a customer with 6 cars and 3 young drivers in the household, and completely failed. I am not looking for any action as a result of this note, but I felt compelled share my experience with your service shop Regards, Philip

The professionalism each one of your employees displayed says a lot about the entire company! I felt very welcomed and reassured that I was in good hands. Through the process I was well informed of the status of my vehicle, which was above and beyond what I expected.
