Everyone I dealt with was very polite and professional in dealing with the task at hand. Would recommend this business to everyone.

6 weeks is too long for a repair, particularly when it is estimated to be completed in 3 weeks. Inspecting the car to ensure all work is completed is also quite important, however there was a flat tire, non-repaired headrests and a faulty headlight only noticed upon pickup inspection. The staff was friendly and helpful, which was appreciated.

Body shop staff is rude and not informative. Took three times as long. When called the receptionist she told me "if you'd let me get off the phone I could see what exactly is going on" after telling me what she believes is going on which was completely different from the manager. Manager couldn't or wouldn't apologize at that point. He hardly knew what was going on. Tons of issues. Jeep logo on the front Hood is crooked (not new decal, they glued old one back on and glue is all over the Hood), bumper clip missing, grill isn't aligned with bumper, last but not least the window trim is bent heavily and has dents all in it. Just a mess. Never dealt with such a crappy body shop.

I am extremely thrilled with my experience with Galeana. I will have to bring my jeep back however, to have the door adjusted on the passenger side.

Never got return calls. No emails about car. I had to call daily to find out if work was done and if i could pick it up. Highly unlikely to use for any future body work needs.

I was disappointed that no one told me that my radio needed help too. It had a code error and I had to find the code. I wish someone had told me. I was told the car would be washed and the tires would be inflated. However neither of these things happened. Additionally I was annoyed that when I dropped off the car I was sent to the body shop to the upper State Farm place and then back to the body shop. When I got to the State Farm place and back at the body shop the customer service made me feel like it was my fault that the system was switching to have admits in different places. Additionally when I picked up my car the person there would not get off her personal phone to speak with me. I thought that was really rude. The work that was done on the car itself was done really well. The customer service just sucked.
