I was completely satisfied with the service that I received from Carolina Paint and Body Shop from the beginning to the end. I would have no problems recommending them to someone else. I felt good with the excellence customer service I received from Georgette. She and the entire shop on a scale of one to ten with ten being the highest gets a ten. I think it was that would've been great too but I had a great experience and my truck looks great they got me back into my truck ahead of time and I really do appreciate that, I just want to say thank you, and thank you. Getting calls on updates or status of when part comes in for car or when repair is able to be completed or is complete would be good and more satisfying. More customer service reach out would be nice. I would also feel more comfortable if labor or keys were not kept at the back with service or driver employees that take car back, in case something of value might have been forgotten and left in the car...
