Wonderful experience. I had gone to a different body shop that had worked on my car five times and still not gotten it right. Art has an amazing eye for detail. I didn't even mention everything that was wrong with my car but he pointed things out to me. I knew they were wrong but the fact that he noticed them and I didn't have to point them out really gave me confidence that this was a great shop. Art stayed in touch with me every step of the way which was very nice. And they included touch up paint and invited me back if I needed any adjustments. I will refer everyone to this shop.

Enterprise rentacar was the only bad experience I had. Contract was not ready even though it was pre arranged the week prior. I did not feel comfortable having the rep write my card information down on carbon paper contract. Especially with todays technology and he had a card swipe machine and a tablet. Enterprise also charged the down payment (discussed) charge plus All Fees up front and not at the end of rental( not discussed). VERY displeased with rental service. EXTREMELY pleased with Carolina Paint and Body
