This is the second time I've had my car repaired there and while the repairs are always good I don't appreciate to find items from my vehicle stolen. I know you're not responsible for items lost or stolen but you are fixing my front end and had no business in my center console stealing my vape pen that cost more than the repairs did. I will NEVER come back and have my vehicle repaired there ever again. I am so disappointed.

Paul was completely marvelous. He kept me informed all the way and was a true advocate for me. There were delays due to availability of parts but that’s certainly not Naxwell’s fault.
