I appreciated the quality of work that was done and letting me inspect my car without feeling bad about doing so. When I found small minor scratches that were not there before Lucas took care of it without a problem. He buffered that area of my car and it looks gret! Also. Good job on the car wash/cleaning. Felt as if I were taking a new car home. Overall good job and good experience. Also, glad it's Nissan certified. I would definitely come back. Although I hope I don't have to.

Seemed like all that was discussed was how I was going to pay for the work being done. I work for a Fortune 500 company and have 2 vans that we constantly send to your delearship to have work done on so not sure why payment was discussed so often and led the conversations.
